First was our well system which had a holding tank that started making noises that I couldn’t figure out.    Called the L&P crew and they were at my place the following day.  Upon walking in Sean said “sounds like a bad bladder, but let me run some tests”.  Sure enough it was the bladder and had another tank installed within a couple hours.  The second opportunity to work with L&P was my 30-year-old oil burning boiler/furnace that I’ve been nursing along.  It was finally on its last legs.  Again, the L&P team came over quickly to take a look.  Rather than just throwing a $$ amount at me Sean took the time to review my existing system and what the needs of the house were.  Unbeknownst to me I also had a hot water heater(electric) that was also an issue.  Sean diagnosed what was needed and had a quote back to me with a couple different options that were available.  Upon deciding which course of action was best Sean began working on a plan that would minimize our house being without hot water and heat as winter had already arrived.   They ordered parts and assembled what they could on their own before starting the job.  The day before “shut down” day they delivered everything to my house and “staged” the switch over.  On that day of course it snowed the night before creating a messy/wet driveway.  They laid out cardboard on the way into my house to minimize the “mess” coming in.  Sean and Jerry treated my house as if it were their own.  By the end of that day hot water and heat were both restored and working fabulously. We were first introduced to Sean and Jerry when we had our basement finished in 2019. We have always been pleased with the work they do, and we have had them do so much for us. They have worked on our well:  well tank replacement, well pump replacement (which required troubleshooting the electrical set up as well), water treatment tank replacement, installed a whole home carbon filter tank, and fixed the poorly constructed well tanks set up from the previous homeowner. In addition to plumbing for our new full bathroom in the basement, they have installed new faucets in our laundry room, kitchen, and main shower, and replaced a broken exterior faucet. They have cleared a drain for us, fixed the water pipe going to the dishwasher, and replaced the drain pipes under our kitchen sink. They also just installed a new kitchen sink for us. The quality of their work, professionalism, and knowledge is well worth it. We had the misfortune of calling one of those big companies when we first relocated up here, and were dreading ever having to deal with any plumbing or well issues in the future based on that experience. Now anytime something pops up that needs to be fixed, we are relieved to be able to reach out to Sean and Jerry because we know they will do a great job, for a fair price, and in a timely manner.
